Early Autumn Amber is our darkest variety from Goldenrod, Morning Glory, Purple Astor, & Ragweed. Often used as a tastier & healthier substitute for Molasses.
This natural honey was created for the enjoyment of our Tex-Mex and tequila friends. It carries a great 1-2-3 kick! Heat, sweet, and a "is the barn on fire?" smoky flavor. You can only get this from real red and black chipotle peppers.
Wonderful on a hot biscuit or toast, can also be used in cooking. Try it in our Whole Wheat Molasses Cookie Mix for yummy results! Comes in a standard pint sized jar.
